AI Tech Solutions for Doctors provides an AI receptionist and appointment-management service for clinics and doctors in India. This policy explains what data we handle on behalf of clinics and how we protect it.
The service is operated by PAIROHIT305, a business registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. "AI Tech Solutions for Doctors" is a brand of PAIROHIT305.
Data we process
We process two broad categories of data:
- Clinic account data: the doctor's name, clinic details, phone number, and login information.
- Patient interaction data: call recordings and transcripts, appointment details, and the phone numbers patients use to contact the clinic.
Where your data is stored
Patient and clinic data is stored in data centres located in India. We build to be ready for the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and treat health-related information as sensitive personal data.
How we use data
We use data solely to operate the service: answering calls, booking appointments, sending confirmations and reminders over WhatsApp/SMS, and showing clinics their own records. We do not sell patient data.
Third-party services
To deliver the service we rely on providers for telephony/voice AI, WhatsApp and SMS messaging, hosting, and payments. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function.
Security
We encrypt call recordings, restrict access with role-based logins, and limit staff access to what their role requires.
Your rights
Clinics can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. Patients should contact their clinic, or write to us at hello@aitechsolutionsfordoctors.com.
