The service is operated by PAIROHIT305("we", "us"), a business registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. "AI Tech Solutions for Doctors" is a brand of PAIROHIT305.

AI Tech Solutions for Doctors provides an AI receptionist that answers calls and books appointments, and sends appointment confirmations and reminders over WhatsApp and SMS. Features are under active development during early access and may change.

AI Tech Solutions for Doctors is a communication and scheduling tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for clinical judgement. Doctors remain fully responsible for patient care.

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Ensure you have the right to contact patients over phone, WhatsApp, and SMS, and comply with applicable consent requirements.
• Use the service lawfully and only for your own clinic.

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. During early access, pricing and plans may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during early access. We may modify or suspend features to improve the product.

To the extent permitted by law, AI Tech Solutions for Doctors is provided "as is" during early access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
